Nosheen Qamar, Riaz Hussain and other people are right, now Imran is used to work with his new company Name "Sublime Technologies", but working with the same attitude, hiring the professionals, get work done from them and fire them by giving any unprofessional and non-sence reason.
This is only due to that he don't need to pay salary of that person.
He used to give quotes (From Quran And Ahadees), if anyone argues about his performance, and he tries to convey him/her message that in that light your salary would not paid.
As I used to work with him about 10 months and managed all of his projects, after giving him various warnings not to do so, I left his company by giving proper resignation.
And as expected, he did not paid my Salary as others.
My friendly advise to professionals, do not hear what he says, better try your luck in any other professional company instead of wasting your time and effort in this company.

I am Riaz . I thank the admin of this blog for launching this platform against an online evil in the world of web development. I don’t have words to talk about my nightmarish and gruesome experiences I underwent at Alltech Virtual at the hands of Mr Imran Javed. I have found him a psychologically ill person whose life seems to revolve around one thing—how to make other people work for you without salaries. To achieve this purpose Imran seems to call into practice all his communicative, calculative and fake social knowledge. I worked for Imran Javed for one and a half month. My title was ‘business analyst’. I wrote around 22 documents for him and his nightmarish company alltech virtual, the name should be in reality alltech-deceptive. In these 22 documents I corrected and corrected the blunders made in the proposal s sent to the customers. One night, his appointed supervisor presented the plea that since there is no work at alltech virtual you can leave the company. I asked about my salary. He told me ‘you will get it’. Months passed by and I could not get it. I traveled hundreds of miles and saw Imran Javed in person. But it did not work either. He refused to pay my salary. He told me that his company had ‘solid history of payment’ made to employees. After a few weeks I came to know further about this solid history. I came to know that over a couple of months Mr Imran Javed of Alltech Virtual had eaten up the salaries of around eight to ten people. This solidity of salry payment really appalled me. I decided to save other people from being a prey to Alltech Virtual. I found this blog already there, launched by some sufferer of alltech virtual. Thus, my word of caution to all the online workers related to web development is “BEWARE OF ALLTECH VIRTUAL AND BEWARE OF IMRAN JAVED!” Let us spread this message about a blood sucker in the online town of internet so that the blood and hard work of other online workers does not go into the pocket and bank accounts of Mr Imran Javed, CEO of Alltech Virtual. Those who want the proof and evidence of all these things, let them experience the things themselves by joining Alltech Virtual because habits die hard. Some people are habitual smokers, habitual liars and there some who are habitual………..SEE THE THINGS YOURSELF!!!!......However, if you love your time and think its precious and can’t afford to be swindled, then keep away from Alltech Virtual. After all the maltreatment that I have suffered at the hands of Mr Imran Javed of Alltech Virtual, I want to offer him a piece of unsolicited advice. Please see a doctor, a psychotherapist or some sage person who can cure you of your maladies! I am not taunting, I mean it. By doing all these things you not doing harm to us but to yourself because this universe is not a jungle where people can do what they like without any fear of punishment. This universe does have its Creator who sees all. Those who do wrong have to pay back in some form or the other. A person who does not have His fear in everyday dealings cannot be a scholar, even though he has leant libraries and scriptures by heart and this thing applies to all of us. So, man! Shun the topsy-turvy things and mend your ways.

Experience of Nosheen Qamar (Software Engineer) at Alltech Virtual, Karachi, Pakistan
I am very thankful to the admin of this blog for providing me the platform to share the experience of my suffering.
I am Nosheen Qamar, a Software Engineer, I came to know about this company over internet and the company’s owner Mr. Imran Javed hired me for the Post of Senior Software Engineer. They hired me for their ERP project named EXPANSUM. I was really exited to work on a new ERP. My timings were 7pm to 12am.
In the beginning Imran Javed started to talk about Islam and appraised himself so much that he is very religious and Islamic person. He used to say me that I am just like his sister and he started to exploit the religion and relationships.
Then after 8-10 days he said I will have to work on their School ERP Project, I said, you hired me to work on EXPANSUM and now you are saying to work on School Project. They said they want to see my working skills.
So I worked on School ERP and build that according to the Project Manager’s instructions and gave the updates on daily basis.
The project took around 4 months to complete, then Imran Javed stated to force me to join the company full time(8pm to 5am), I said its not suitable for me. I can’t do that and in same situation next 2 months also passed away.
Then Imran Javed said, you have to join the company full time or leave the company today, I said OK, clear my dues and now you are saying me to leave the company on one day notice then pay me next one month salary as well according to your policy.
He said I will not pay anything, not even your wages. After that I tried to contact him via Phone, Email so many times. He didn’t pick my phone and in response of my emails he threaten me that his brother is in FIA and he will make a false case on me and he will came his criminal people’s to my office etc. etc.
I worked for 6 months at Alltech Virtual and they did not pay my last two month’s salary worth 100,000/-
I am sharing all this with you just to save you from this person. These kinds of people are using religion for their evil purposes. Please beware of them and stay away of this kind of fake people and companies.

Experience of Open Source Web Developer at AlltechVirtual, Karachi, Pakistan.
Like others i have also joined Altech Virtual, Karachi Pakistan, as an Open Source Web Developer. I worked there just for 2 months
When I joined the Alltechvirtual, I asked them about company polities but they never show me any policy document and no one had briefed me about it ever.
It’s the universal rule that during probation, the employee or employer can leave on one day notice. But they said I should inform before one month and that is our company policy. After insisting so much they just gave me cash of 12k.
Although so far i have done what they say to me Their Project Manager And Business Analyst were very happy with my work but they got some project which were delayed by designer. But I don’t think designer was responsible for the delay as he never get the required information on and they asked me to do the project in 1 week that i was not able to do because it was the work of 3 weeks.
Well, its total blame came on my head and they just stop my email id my access to their systems. They were not attending my call and no email response.
Mr Imran Javed Used to talk me about the Islam, he wanted to develop some Islamic Institute’s software, One of his tricks to mold peoples.
Just want to inform all of you please don't join to this team they are fake, liar, no good Human at all shame for an Islamic Personality.
